I received permission to release the program, with a rather large warning
that displays when it is run (PM... may cause system failures... user
accepts responsibility for any system failures, etc....).
 
I sent Jeff Kell a copy so he could try it on his system, and put it on Opus
if it ran OK for him.  Since it is year end, the end of a school term, and
the holiday season, I don't think Jeff has had time to try running it (and
if his year end is anything like mine, it will probabily be a while).  It
will run (in a degraded mode) on MPE/iX against CM SPL programs, but works
best on MPE V/E systems against SPL programs.
