 The Telnet Server on MPE iX 5.5 did not support block mode until power
 patch 1. Kim was interested in alternate clients, ie apps that run on the
 PC like WRQ Reflections that will also support block made. In other words
 they must provide HP terminal emulation. That's an area I'm not able to
 comment on (at least not intelligently <grin>).
