Tracy -

I forget the cable type that we are using, but we had one cable in use
with a 957 and we moved it to a 969/200 and it still works.

We are not using a dial up modem, but rather a short haul modem that takes
the console across the street to the computer room that we actually staff
with operators. We try not to loose them like that other organization
that misplaced their Systems Manager.

Hope this helps.
