Bradmark, like other vendors (including 3000 product vendors), distributes
a periodic newsletter to individuals who are either customers, expressed
an interest in our products at a conference/show and filled-out a contact
information card, or contacted us in some other manner about interest
in various products. It is clearly a very cost effective way to provide
information to interested people as well as customers.

We do not purchase mailing lists, send newsletters blindly through
reflectors or to newsgroups, or use other means to harvest e-mail
IDs. Usually the newsletter indicates that individuals are receiving
it because they contacted us and provided us the information in some manner
but apparently the staff overlooked including this statement on the
recent mailing.

However, the newsletter does include information and a link which will
easily allow the user to automatically unsubscribe themselves from any
future mailings.

In checking with the marketing staff who coordinates the newsletter,
Tracy's note was received and his e-mail ID was removed as requested
but no acknowledgement was given, as this was also per Tracy's request.
