One problem with this Art - REPORT @.@ will not report HFS directories, only
on Groups and Accounts.  This makes REPORT useless for those systems which
have HFS directories and files on them - and any system on 4.5 or greater,
has HFS directories (such as /etc and /bin).

This just makes it more of a problem.  We have lots of stuff stored in HFS
here, and REPORT dosen't report it.  Glad we don't require the use of a
chargeback system.
