Several people have described Reflection-based solutions.
Another possibility which might be of interest: doing a PSCREEN (free)
or CAPTURE (in a toolbox from www.lund.com) of part of screen memory.
Both programs have a "PARTIAL" option that allows only part of
display memory to be captured.
That would capture the data to either a printer connected to the 3000
(or a network printer via the 3000), or to a flat disk file on the 3000.
