Being a Green Bay Packer fan, I know the thaw starts in March but
doesn't finish until mid-June.  ;-)

For those who grew up in the Chicago area, you will recognize Neenah
not for its weather but for its manhole covers.  The Neenah Foundry
seemed to have made everyone in Cook County, Illinois.
