What difference does it make?  This is what I dont understand...  There will
be always 3rd party who will support your hardware for a long long time...
plus you should not even depend on that...  You should purchase at least 5 of
each item that you have in your system (ie: Disk drives, tape drives) and at
least 2 of each board in your system (I/O card, cpu and so on) and have it on
hand...
This way you will be covered till Year 2020...

But to answer your question it is supported till 2006
