NO!  I encountered this problem while working on B-Trees for IMAGE,
and after testing realized that FFILEINFO (..., 10) (to get EOF)
was *not* returning accurate information.  (It was close...but frequently
off by one or two.)

Did I file a bug report?  No...I had email handy, but not a web browser
when I found the bug, so I didn't report it.

Now...if HP would *ever* deign to give us bug-report-via-email, I'd
happily report more bugs :)
