Hello HPDESK professionals!

This concerns a rather mundane issue with HPDESK's READ command.

When I issue the command to read a series of HPDESK messages (e.g. READ 1/19)
I am required to read all the way to the 19th message, or stop before
reaching the 19th message. If I wish to skip the message number 1, for example,
that I'm reading, the only options presented to me are to "STOP DISPLAY" and
"CONTINUE DISPLAY" until the end of the message. If I "STOP DISPLAY",
I need to issue READ 2/19 to resume reading.

What I am looking for is a third option like "GOTO NEXT MESSAGE"
or "DISPLAY NEXT".

This third option will allow you to read a part of a message, then skip
to the next one, without re-issuing the READ command. (Just like what most of
us have done with long messages, like the one sent by "ALAMO".)

Does any one know of a workaround to do what I'm thinking? Is this something
that HP has in their pipeline sometime this year?

Thanks a bunch.
