We have such tools at our company, they're called "Programmers", U.S. law
says you can't "own" them.  But they can be rented (depending on how
complex a Programmer it is and local market value) usually around $25K to
$200K a year.  :-p

A good programmer (with the Powerhouse plug-in) can scan and translate
Powerhouse code to FORTRAN, COBOL, C, C++, Visial Basic, UDMS, or
"whatever"  depending on the kind of programmer you get.  :-)

(A "computer" prior to the 1940s was a job title.)
