We recently installed a HP5000 printer and I'm having a problem with
Formation intrinsics in a COBOL program.  The PINITDEVICE instrinsic
for the HP5000 is "F100" but I get "F100 is not a device supported by
IFS/3000".  We have been in contact with Formation and they has us try
initilizing as a Laser Jet and using a XL on the run statement without
success.
 
Has anybody out there been successful with Formation intrinsicics and
the HP5000?
