I received two e-mails regarding lack of any communication
from HP regarding disabling access to SR text via Electronic
Support Center (ESC). I completely understand your frustration
due to lack of any communication. The team working on resolving
the problem was focused on remedying the situation and this
lack of communication was a flaw in the overall plan. Your
feedback has been passed to the support organization that
manages ESC. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. Since I
do not monitor comp.sys.hp.mpe or HP3000-L daily please feel free
