We are using Frame Relay and have 56K local loops, but only 16K CIR.
This services approximately 6 PC's running NS/VT, another 6 PC's
running a C/S application (doing ODBC back to the host HP3K), and
2-3 printers at each remote site (spooled from the host HP3K).

We are using Cisco 2501 routers with bridging turned on to handle the
ADCP DTC protocol. No problems running remote spooled printers. We
are just branching out to remote IP printers so we'll have to see how
that works through the router.
