Craig,

so would I. They don't perform, they loose the job.
Like the real world. The 2 month in summer, they get paid but have to study
and improve their own knowledge. Just like we do.
And of course it should go to the teachers and not to bureaucracy and
disapear there or be used for the school-boards.
