Simple fix for CPU; just add ";TIME=nnnn" to the :JOB card to specify
the maximum CPU you wish the job to obtain.

You might try to :DOWN your tape devices at 10 PM; if I recall correctly
you will then get an immediate open failure in the program (device
unavailable) instead of a reply prompt, but I won't swear to it <g>.
