Do you have access to any user with SM capability, ie MGR.TELESUP,
MGR.VESOFT, etc?

Fellow listers-

Senior moment- I have forgotten my password to the SYS account, meaning I
can't log on to MANAGER or OPERATOR.  Is there a way to reboot that will
allow me to logon without the password?  This is a 918 on 6.5.
