Guessing here, but I recently dealt with this issue myself.
The battery (watch battery) on the back plane had died.
Per HP it is NOT field replaceable. After I replaced it successfully, I understand why. It is a bit difficult to remove, but NOT impossible by any stretch.
It's up to you, if you have people qualified to replace it, Malaysia is a tad bit far for me.
In the mean time, you may get by with going into CLKUTIL (memory) at the ISL prompt, setting the time, and then doing the start norecovery.
