You need to go into SYSDIAG, as follows:
:SYSDIAG
consolan pdev=10/4/0.1 section=2(23)
The pdev represents the hardware path of the lan/serial io portion of the
mfio card. For a 979, that should be 10/4/0.1. For a 9x8, it should be 56/56.
As pointed out earlier, you will need a SUPLICENS password - as absurd as
that may be.
