There's isn't enough syslog data to tell what's happened, and what is quoted
below appears to show each syslog entry twice.
What version of Sendmail/iX are you running? Bixby.org 8.9.1, or the jazz
8.12.1 beta?
The syslog entries show a new message being submitted, but nothing shows that
any delivery attempts have occurred yet. If this is really all the syslog
data, then perhaps your JDAEMON job isn't running to process the queue and
attempt actual delivery.
