You probably need Jeff Bandle's input on that, I think he wrote a lot of 
the code.  I have a pile of esoteric Telnet/JINETD documents from HP 
somewhere back from 2001 when we were doing the ScreenJet emulator with 
Pixel. I'll have a trawl tomorrow, they will be hidden under some 
electronic rock somewhere.
