I've been using Samba for file sharing for years, but only just recently do
I have a situation where I want to use the printing capability built into
Samba. Unfortunately, I must be doing something wrong because when I try to
print from my Win2K desktop I get:

"Unable to create a print job."

I'm able to define the printer on my desktop using the "Generic/Text Only"
driver and, I'm able to run rawlp successfully on the 3000. I'm just using
the sample printcap file, the default PRINTERS section of smb.conf, Samba is
.07d and the system is MPE/iX PP2. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

John
