Jerry mentioned the 4GB IMAGE files emhancement.......
 
I think the SIGMPE Request is for files, other than
IMAGE.  I think you will find the ENH for IMAGE is just
that.  Other files will not be allowed to be greater than 4GB..
Only 1 problem has been solved....No, I do not wish to argue if
this is a 95% or 2 % solution...  I am just
trying to add a little clarifty to the enh request.
