You may want to try "release"ing the security on the database.

To do so, you need to have exclusive access to the data base, log on as
it's creator, then do as follows:

:reset @  (to ensure no file equations set for data base)
:dbutil
release TK
exit

To find out who the creator of the data base is, log on as manager.sys, and

:listf tk.dataaf.truck,-3 (I'm assuming that your database is in the same
account as your dictionary)

That may be worth a try.
