VESoft has this with it's old ENCRYPT and DECRYPT commands,
but the command is so old I'm not so sure it holds up to
todays high value key standards. [Funny, the SEC HELP
ENCRYPT still says it is "(NEW)"].
The user is prompted for a plain text encryption key,
presume the user (or another user) will remember
(or receive) the same key key for decryption.
Note this would not encrypt for transmission, only
for storage on disc.
