Toronto must have a huge police force then.
The Canadian Airforce had a base not far from where I grew up in Germany in 
Söllingen, Baden. However their shopping was mostly done at american or 
french bases. They held a very small profile. Just the airport no big 
housing or shopping centers as much as I remember.
