We just started getting this error yesterday morning and we are on MPE 6.0.
But it's not just with Sendmail, any pipe command gives this error:
:sh.hpbin.sys
$ echo | cat
no pipes available: Not enough memory space
Internal error: j_close: no processes

I also did a test with the HPPIPE intrinsic and got this error:
Type manager; an internal error occurred.
File System message 1026

We are probably going to reboot tonight to see if that fixes it.

Does anybody know if there's a system table just for pipes?
It seems like some resource is used up.
