Check the ASCII file HPSWINFO.PUB.SYS.  The first few lines will show your
MPE/iX level and your patch level.

Why after I have put on MPE/ix 5.0, powerpatch 3 and powerpatch 5 does the
system still show this:
 
RELEASE: C.50.00   MPE/iX HP31900 B.79.06   USER VERSION: C.50.00
 
I thought it would be C.50.03 or C.50.05?
