Hi All,

I'm not sure how to ask this question but I'll give it my best shot - our
EDI
coordinator is trying to FTP from HP3000 to HP9000 on a specific port 505.
By
specifying a specific port it puts them into an application called GENTRAN.
We
have numerous FTP to and from hp-ux working perfectly fine.

I have listed what it suppose to look like if ftp'ing from within the HP9000
and
further below what
I get from the HP3000. On the HP3000 we're on 5.5 PP4, and I have try from
our
newly purchased box which has 6.0, get the same results. Does anyone has
experience with EDI and this application called GENTRAN. I greatly
appreciate
any assistance. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!
