It looks like the system cannot find a boot device.
This usually means that your system logical device no. 1 is damaged
or not powered on.
If your ldev 1 device is external, chances are the power interruption
caused the power to be turned off on the external device and powering
up your 928 would not automatically power up the external device(s).
So check to ensure all external devices are powered on.
Otherwise, there could be damage to the internal power supply or
internal disk as the result of the power interruption.
Whether or not the SLT is inserted in the tape drive is totally
irrelevant - unless you are trying to boot from the alternate path.
