I talked with the WRQ network applications manager several months ago when
they first announced their Reflection Secure product. The product manager
(Bruce Thompson) couldn't confirm they supported the HP 3000 with the
product. At the time (November) he said they didn't have a well-tested
(DCE?) server on the HP 3000 side to test the product against. It sounded
like perhaps testing hadn't proceeded beyond the HP-UX side. At any rate,
my initial question -- does this product help HP 3000 shops -- was answered
"not at this time, but it might."

I'd love to hear the answer you get from WRQ support. Perhaps some testing
has taken place at WRQ since November. We didn't include a report on the
item in our 3000 NewsWire newsletter -- because telling people what won't
help them is often superseded by telling them about things that *will*
help.
