Just to clarify: Robelle is not developing any new programs but it is
enhancing it's Suprtool product to help with the Year 2000 effort.
Specifically in converting data.

Version 4.0 will be able to:

   1.  isolate invalid dates
   2.  update date values to include a century where possible
   3.  support the new 'MM3000' date types with 2 alphas
   4.  configure the cut-off year for the 'assumed' century for 2 digit years
   5.  enforce error-checking in trans-century relative date tests
