The first warning is documented on the FAQ's.
The second line appears to indicate a path problem. Any suggestions?
Some pertinent system variables are pasted below. One of our analysts
ran the JDK install a couple of weeks ago, and compiled a demo with no
hitches. Now we can't even do that again, even after a reinstall.
