Have received 33 requests so far. Aren't I popular <G>.
 
Forgot to mention in my initial offer that it is currently limited to
5000 pages (version we started with only handled 500 pages).
 
I can not remember what error message it gave if you exceed the limit
(last happened years ago) but it is easy to fix. Just increase the size
of the MAX_PAGES define and recompile with gcc (available from
http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/gnu/download3_4_2.html with install
instructions at http://jazz.external.hp.com/src/gnu/install_nmstore.html
if you don't already have it installed [shame on you]).
