It is <[log in to unmask]> without the 'e' in 'listserve'.  At any
rate I've added you manually.

I'm not sure about your particular machine (928) since I have some
ancient relics (950 and 960).  Mine have a keyswitch for "secure",
"console enable", and "remote enable" modes of operation.  If the
keyswitch is in "secure" mode, you don't get ctrl-b responses.  I
would guess that your 928 has a similar switch of some sort.
