Not having a clue to how much work it would take to port a DHCP server to
the 3k it's hard to give an answer. First question would be does DHCP
require low level access like traceroute? If not is there any obstacle to
porting an open source DHCP server, like the one from the Internet Software
Consortium (isc.org)?
