The printers are a mix of LJ2430's, P3005's, LJ4350's.  They did not have a problem until I put the 100 MB card in the 3000.  Configured 10/full or 100/full depending on the location.

What about the printer?  Is it an older half-duplex 10Mbps JetDirect?
Does you network switch match it's port in speed/duplex?
