If you can sign on as Manager.sys, you should be able to determine 
who the creator is, and log in as that person.  Then run 
KSAMUTIL.PUB.SYS and P(urge) FILENAME.  The keyfile should 
automatically be purged, too. Did you have a chance to try this?
