Thanks to all.
Responses have been --
   Do not use DIRECTORY option.
   Use CREATE; ACCOUNT= option (I do, but this does not restore caps,
access rights, maxpri)
   Use BULDACCT before storing so a job exists to rebuild the account.
      (Since these are customer tapes I restore from, I will attempt to
have them do this -- I may
       need to get the newest version of CLUB to enforce it :)
