I believe you have encountered the wonderful TURBOGTX.PUB.SYS problem.
Turbogtx holds info on image databases and can get out of step. It only
seems to be used by the X calls such as dbxbegin etc. HP usually say the
solution to the problem is to do a store purge of the file when there are
no accesses and it will rebuild itself the next time it is needed. If you
can, place a call to HP to check it out.
People tend not to see any problems with this file apart from when Imagesql
is in operation.
