You may also want to compare your $STDLIST from
a few days ago to a more recent one and see if
how much actual data is being backed up.  If it is
increasing then most likely the issue is data on
your system.  However, if it is not significantly
increasing then I would keep an eye on your tape drive.
It may be failing and taking longer due to retries.
