Using Pascal and the AIF intrinsics how do I retrieve the following:

1) FILE UFID for a group.acct
2) Group and User UFID's for an account.

(Please, no comments about doing the :LISTGROUP and :LISTACCT commands to a
file and then reading the file). As I have lots of time on my hands I am
strictly in learning mode and will use only Pascal and the AIF intrinsics
to retrieve this info).
