Thanks to the effort of John Krussel, we have CI scripts that emulate
system and account level CI variables.  Documentation is also provided.

p.s. I also updated my version of the ABORTJ script and ABORTJOB UDC
for those on 6.0 systems.  The new version exploits JINFO and JOBCNT
and can filter by JOBQ.
