Hi Dan !

While these tools are freely available as a part of FOS, the required
competencies to interpret their output may not be. So I respectfully suggest
your customer makes sure who he/she is dealing with before carving a choice
in concrete.

That being said, the tools you are referring to are part of any standard MPE
distribution. They are mostly comprised of 3 parts : the MPE tools (group
OSCxx.TELESUP, where points to the current MPE version), the network tools
and macros, the TurboImage tools and macros, all in TELESUP.
