Legally, there can not be two systems in operation with the same
HPSUSAN.  

This not only violates HP's licensing, it also effectively allows
pirating of 3rd party software.

That said, there are, indeed, those that are willing to let you take the
risk.

The safe and legal way is, if you've had to replace a system board and
now need the HPSUSAN, HPUSERLIMIT, and HPCPUNAME set, place a call with
HP to have the HP CE come out to set the board for you.
