Reference to Glaser Safety Slugs - these are the same product I referred to as "small shot in a thin copper capsule", and have been available at gun stores for many years.  Regardless of one's position on handguns for home defence, this type of ammo is a major improvement in the gunowner's responsibility for the safety of his neighbors.
