Hi, I would consider using ODBC to directly extract from the Image database, rather than Query and all the subsequent steps.
The HP free ODBC driver would do the job very well.
I always had and have access to Linkway ODBC for my usage.

The header (repeated every time there was either a "page eject" or "form feed") was created by the Editor (TDP) which went as follows:
-Top of page
-Header
-Lines of report until end of page
-Top of page
-Header
-Lines of report until end of page

However Editor apparently counted lines, because when I print with smaller font size (thus higher pitch,) it leaves a lot of white space at the bottom of each printed page.
