Programs with PM do not need a user with PM to run them. Perhaps the
PUBXL.TELESUP group on your system is restricted to AC and you, Tracy,
cannot/may not log on to TELESUP.

LINKEDIT.PUB.SYS has PM, but you may run it to your heart's content.
