As an addendum to my previous note, I intend on keeping all contributions
confidential, and I'm sure that Ted will agree to that, too. Because of this,
ideally people will free to send in any amount they want and can comfortably
afford.

This isn't a one upsmanship contest. We just need to collect a certain amount
of money in a relatively short time, thus the quantity contributions is as at
least as important as the size of the individual contributions.

However, I do fully expect someone like Ron Seybold to negotiate us the best
possible deal on the ad, too :-).
