Thanks Andreas for that handy URL ... the summary is yes ODBCLink/SE is a
driver capable of read and write to Image/SQL or ALLBASE/SQL  data bases. You
must of course be an authorized user defined in the DBE.

 Just be sure that you understand the location of the business logic if you are
adding or changing or deleting records from a database (and be sure to use a
test database first!!).

You can use stored procedures/triggers to hold the logic ....
